Why:I have been talking a lot about executive compensation with a friend and decided to make this website that displays it and semi-automatically scrapes it from the DEF 14As. If you want to recheck, just search for the DEF 14A onsec.gov and look for the compensation table to find it.
How:These are most of the S&P companies and their executive compensation. The default state shows just the CEO and their compensation. By clicking on the column names, you can filter based on size.
(¹)This salary is for this year (²) 2021, 2022, 2023 are adjusted for the fiscal year to fit properly
